To register with Enpass
- Go to Settings > Upgrade Options.
- Tap Extend Access to 25 items.
- Enter your email address, or tap Continue with Apple.
- Enter the six-digit code from the confirmation email, and tap Done.
Enpass doesn’t require users to create an account, and we don’t keep your data on our servers like other password managers. The only information we needs is an email address, which is used only to authenticate your subscription on each new device and unlock the features.
When you purchase an Enpass subscription, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. Once you receive the email, use that address to activate (or restore) your subscription on each of your devices.
No, registration is not mandatory. However, if you purchase a premium license from the Enpass website, you will need to register or activate your Enpass account using the email associated with the purchase to access premium features across all platforms. Similarly, if you purchase a premium subscription through iOS or Android, registration is required to sync the premium subscription across all your devices.
Yes, to ensure your Premium features continue to work after changing your registered email, we recommend starting in the same Enpass app where you originally purchased your Enpass Premium subscription.
If you have purchased an Enpass subscription from the Enpass website, please contact the Enpass support team at support@enpass.io with your original purchase receipt and both your old and new email addresses.
