Unable to restore purchase, account shows Lite or Trial user

If you are a paid Enpass user, but the mobile app is limiting the number of Items available to display (10 items for Trial users, 25 for Lite users), the cause may be...

  • You are using different Apple ID on your iPhone than the ID used to pay for Enpass.
  • You activated Enpass with different Apple ID than the ID used to pay for Enpass.
  • You activated Enpass with different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.
  • You downloaded Enpass using a Play Store account with a different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.

To check your account status:

  • In Enpass on your computer, your status is shown at the top of Settings > General.
  • On mobile devices, your status is show at the top of Settings, under the heading License Information.

To fix the issue:

  • Sign into the Enpass app with the same email or Apple ID as you used to pay for Enpass.

To restore your purchase:

Trial users (Not Registered)

  1. Go to Settings > Upgrade Options.
  2. Find and tap Restore Purchase.

Lite Users (Registered)

  1. Go to Settings > License Information.
  2. Find and tap Restore Purchase.

Login to Play Store with matching email

  1. On your device, login to the Play Store with the email address that you provided when paying for Enpass.
