Unable to restore purchase, account shows Lite or Trial user
If you are a paid Enpass user, but the mobile app is limiting the number of Items available to display (10 items for Trial users, 25 for Lite users), the cause may be...
- You are using different Apple ID on your iPhone than the ID used to pay for Enpass.
- You activated Enpass with different Apple ID than the ID used to pay for Enpass.
- You activated Enpass with different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.
- You downloaded Enpass using a Play Store account with a different email address than the email associated with your Enpass subscription.
To check your account status:
- In Enpass on your computer, your status is shown at the top of Settings > General.
- On mobile devices, your status is show at the top of Settings, under the heading License Information.
To fix the issue:
- Sign into the Enpass app with the same email or Apple ID as you used to pay for Enpass.
