Enpass business activation error: "First vault added to Enpass must be on OneDrive account"

Problem: Activation fails if a personal vault has been created before activating Enpass with the email address from your organization.

Explanation: Your organization requires your first vault in Enpass to be a vault stored on your organization's OneDrive.

 

Solution: Backup your personal data, reset Enpass in Settings > Advanced, relaunch the Enpass app, and before doing anything else, register using your organization-issued email address in the Welcome screen's Business tab:

  1. Go to the File Menu, select Backup, and save a backup of your existing data.
  2. Go to Settings, select Advanced, and click the Erase Everything button.
  3. Quit and relaunch the Enpass app.
  4. In the Welcome screen, select the Business tab, and click Activate using email.
  5. Register with your organization email, and create your Primary vault by connecting to the OneDrive account of your organization.
