Using Enpass as the autofill default via Android’s built-in Autofill service
On devices running Android 9 or later, Enpass can be enabled as the default autofill option through Android’s built-in Autofill service or the Accessibility settings, but for the best experience, Enpass should be enabled in both. (On devices running Android 8 or earlier, enabling Enpass in the Accessibility settings is all that’s required.)
To enable Enpass as the default Autofill service:
- Go to Settings > Autofill.
- Check the Android Autofill Service checkbox.
- In the Autofill Service screen that appears next, select Enpass, then tap OK to enable Enpass to autofill in your browsers and apps.
To autofill in apps and browsers using Enpass, once it’s been enabled:
- On the login page of an app or website...
- Tap the login field, then select the Autofill button on the keyboard.
- Unlock the Enpass if prompted, then find and select the item you want to autofill from the Enpass pop-up.
