Monitoring company password health with Security Audit in the Enpass Admin Console
Once integrated with Enpass Hub, administrators can see detailed statistics about the password health of each user, each vault, and the organization overall.
In the Security Audit section of the Enpass Admin Console, admins can monitor...
- Security Audit Score
- The overall password health across all Enpass users in your organization
- Overall Stats
- A count of passwords and vaults across all Enpass users in your organization
- Password Audit
- Organization-wide statistics on weak or compromised passwords
- Breach Monitor
- Organization-wide statistics on credentials that need changing for sites that are known to have been hacked
- Vaults
- Monitor password health for individuals or groups, create filters and run reports
- Monitor health of users’ primary vaults, and shared or secondary vaults
- Filter by security risk, vault location, sharing status, and user status
- Drill down into the health scores and sharing details for individual vaults
- Run reports and export the data to CSVs
Using multi-factor authentication also plays a role in password health, but is not part of the audit because it’s not a universally available security option.
